As of July 1, 2016, eligible residents may travel beyond the area served by the local Dial-a-Ride provider without making a transfer. What is Northwest Valley Dial-a-Ride? Northwest Valley DAR service is door-to-door shared-ride transportation service for qualified residents of El Mirage. Service is provided within the  Northwest Valley jurisdictions of  El Mirage, Sun City, Sun City West, Surprise, Youngtown, and adjacent unincorporated areas of Maricopa County. For more information about scheduling  Northwest Valley DAR trips  call 602.266.8723 Monday - Friday between 6:00 am - 7:30 pm (no reservations on national holidays).

Any El Mirage resident who is 65 years of age or more and individuals with disabilities.

Monday - Friday 7:00 am to 5:00 pm - No service on national holidays
