Fines & Court Costs
Civil Offenses: The fine schedule for civil traffic offenses is available on the bond envelope issued with your citation. If no fine is listed, you must appear before the Judge to have the fine amount determined.
Criminal Offenses: Because fines, costs, and fees will vary based on each case, we cannot determine in advance how much your fine (if any) will be.
You must understand that payment in full of any civil fine through this system constitutes an admission of responsibility and will result in the entry of a conviction against you. Any such convictions will be reported to the Arizona Department of Motor Vehicles or to the state from which your driver's license has been issued.
Juveniles CANNOT pay their citations online through this web site. All juveniles are required to appear in open court accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Juveniles are defined as persons under the age of eighteen (18)
MasterCard and Visa are the only credit cards the Court accepts.
Please note: All payments received by 4 p.m. will be posted to accounts on the next business day.
Under certain circumstances, a time payment plan may be granted, but you will have to make those arrangements in person.

Time Payment Plans
Any person receiving a citation may request time to pay his/her fine. The Supreme Court adds a $20 time-payment fee for each payment plan granted.
It is YOUR responsibility to notify the court in writing if you are unable to pay within the time allowed. If you fail to notify the Court or your request for extension is not granted, your license can be suspended and a warrant issued for your arrest (criminal cases only).
