  At the Regular El Mirage City Council Meeting held on Monday, August 10, 2015, the Council approved the adoption of a Notice of Intent to adjust the city’s fee schedule to reflect fees required through the IGA (Intergovernmental Agreement) with the Office of Manufactured Housing (OMH) not sooner than 60 days from the date of posting the notice pursuant to A.R.S. §9-499.15.

Maricopa County Multi-Jurisdictional Hazard Mitigation Plan Draft Ready for Review

The City of El Mirage has joined forces with Maricopa County and other jurisdictions around the Valley to review and update the existing multi-hazard mitigation plans and consolidate them into one multi-jurisdictional, multi-hazard mitigation plan.  A final draft of the 2015 Maricopa County Multi-Jurisdictional Hazard Mitigation Plan (PLAN) is now available for review and comment.
